Will I have any bruises?

It is possible, depending on the type of treatment. A bruise may appear on the area of the body treated or injected; it usually lasts a week and then disappears on its own. However, you can prevent bruising by taking granular arnica (homeopathic formula) a few days prior to your treatment.

How many treatments will be required to treat my rosacea?

Between 4 and 6 treatments at intervals of 4 to 6 weeks.

Should all activity be stopped after a photo-rejuvenation treatment?

Most treatments do not require a convalescence period. You can resume your regular activities on the same day.

Is any pre-treatment preparation required?

Certain lasers and fillers may require pre-treatment preparation. To ensure your maximum comfort, you may take a painkiller or apply a topical analgesic thirty minutes to one hour prior to the treatment. We will advise you if your treatment requires any painkillers.

Is sun exposure permitted following treatments?

We do not recommend that you expose yourself to the sun following your  treatments. If you have to go outside, be sure to always apply the appropriate level of sunscreen.

Should I stop all treatment, will I age 10 years?

The answer is no! Your wrinkles will never become worse than they were prior to the treatment. Should you stop the injections, your wrinkles will gradually reappear, however, they will usually look better than before you started your treatments.
